Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products (books) ordered from Madarsa Darul Huda Online. Digital products (PDFs and videos) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

What We Ship

We currently ship physical books and printed materials only. PDFs, videos, and course access are delivered digitally via your account dashboard and email — no shipping required.

Shipping Within India

• Courier partners: India Post, Delhivery, or similar reliable couriers.
• Delivery time: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping within India.
• Dispatch time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

International Shipping

• Courier partners: India Post EMS / Speed Post International, DHL.
• Delivery time: 10–21 working days depending on destination country.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout. International shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Customs & duties: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. We cannot control or predict these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also view your order status in your account under "My Purchases".

Delivery Issues

• Wrong address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Lost in transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
• Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
