We understand that circumstances change. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for courses and product purchases at Madarsa Darul Huda Online.
Enrolment Processing Fee
The ₹10 (India) / $5 (International) admission processing fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including if:
- Your admission application is not approved.
- You decide not to join after submitting the form.
- The course is full at the time of your application.
This fee goes directly to ISWA as Sadaqah on your behalf. It is a charitable contribution and cannot be reversed.
Monthly Course Fees
- Before the month begins: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the month starts.
- After the month begins: No refund for the current month's fee once classes have started.
- Cancellation notice: A minimum 7-day written notice (via email or WhatsApp) is required to stop future charges.
- Institute-initiated cancellation: If we cancel a course due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of that month's fee will be issued within 7 working days.
Digital Products (PDFs & Videos)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once:
- A PDF has been downloaded.
- A video has been accessed or watched.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.
Physical Books
- Books may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- Refunds for returned books are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.
- Books that are damaged, marked, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and returned to the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
