To avoid spam and fake entries we charge a $5 non-refundable processing fee while filling the form — this helps ensure only genuine and interested applicants apply.

Cancellation & Admission Approval

How admission decisions are made

Admission approval is entirely at the discretion of Madarsa Darul Huda based on seat availability, class schedule, and student suitability.
The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if your admission is not approved.
The institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified and offered an alternative or refund of monthly fees only.
Once admitted, a student may withdraw at any time by giving 7 days notice. Monthly fees for the current month are non-refundable.
The institute may terminate admission for misconduct, non-attendance, or non-payment of fees.

Scholarship & Financial Aid

Terms for applying for fee concession

Scholarships are available for deserving students on a limited basis, subject to availability of donor funds.
To apply for a scholarship, you must indicate this in the admission form and provide a genuine written reason.
Additional supporting documents (income proof, family situation letter, etc.) may be requested by our team.
Scholarship decisions are made by the institute committee and are final. There is no appeal process.
Scholarship students are expected to maintain good attendance and conduct.

Donation & Student Sponsorship

How we use donations from sponsors

Donors who wish to sponsor another student's education do so voluntarily as Sadaqah or Lillah.
All donations go through ISWA (Imaan Social Welfare Association) and are utilised for student fee support.
Donation amounts are used solely for subsidising tuition fees of scholarship students.
Donors agree that they will not dictate which specific student receives their donation — allocation is at the institute's discretion.
No donation receipts for tax purposes are provided. This is purely a voluntary act of worship.
